Image catches eye of book industry leader

"I absolutely LOVE that stunning image on your post and on your site," wrote Marissa Eigenbrood, President of Smith Publicity. "Where did that come from?"

The image features a bright and sunny Lisbon skyline and the Tejo River

The artwork was created by Helen Doner and it graces the cover of A Life on Water, a novel set in Lisbon during the early 1940s.

Why would a novel set during the war be so colourful?

While the rest of Europe was at war, Lisbon was neutral and didn’t experience the destruction and despair that many parts of Europe suffered during that tumultuous time.

"Thank you for sharing this beautiful post, Tim," Marissa wrote, "and congrats on the great website you have in place to support your books and overall author platform."

In addition to timpaleczny.com, Tim’s author platform includes bio.site/TimPaleczny; a newsletter “About This Life” at timothypaleczny.substack.com; social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest; and author pages on Amazon, Goodreads, and Bookbub.
